DEA Agent Dara Marens (Victoria Maurette) is in Mexico to look out for her brother who is in over his head into sex trafficking with the Cartels. They double cross him and shoot him in a deal gone bad. The Mexican authorities spring a sting and Dara and her brother are snagged. Dara pleads guilty and is sentenced to 20 years in prison in Mexico in exchange for Mexico to allow her brother to return to the US a free man. Years later, Dara's brother is murdered by a cartel crime boss in San Diego. Dara is sprung from prison, where she has been raped repeatedly and subjected to medical experiments, by the DEA. Thy need Dara's help in stopping a new deadly drug from being released in Southern California. Dar's ex- DEA partner (Steven Bauer) arranges for a deal where Dara would be allowed 60 hours of freedom in exchange for helping the DEA stop the drug and the Cartel Crime Boss who killed her brother. Clock's ticking as Dara moves through the dangerous underbelly of Southern California.
